Design is not a job.
It's how I think.

I started in advertising — art direction, then UX, then enterprise product. IBM taught me that design could be the operating system through which organisations think, act, and innovate. Eight years later, I became the first Global Design Principal from Hong Kong or Greater China.

At Preface I took that conviction into a startup as CPO — 30 direct reports, 0→1 product, service design as the diagnostic tool. Now at Joyventure.io, I'm building AI-driven products that put joy back into the relationship between people and technology.
